DIGITAL PRO-SHOP FAQ
FAQ 1. I placed my order 2 weeks ago. Where is it?
All garments from our Digital Pro-Shops are custom-designed and made to order — they are not stocked items. Each Pro-Shop is open for a limited time, as determined by your shop owner or main contact. Once the shop closes, production begins. Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for manufacturing and shipping. For specific details, contact your Pro-Shop representative.
FAQ 2. Why was my order refunded?
Minimum order quantities must be met for each individual design across all combined orders in your Digital Pro-Shop. For example, screen-printed items require a minimum of 24 pieces per design. If the total number of orders for a specific design does not meet the required minimum, that item will not be produced, and you will be refunded.
FAQ 3. My garment doesn’t fit. Can I get a replacement?
Please note that adult sizes are not labeled "Adult" — they will appear simply as Small, Medium, Large, etc. Youth sizes are clearly marked as "Youth Small," "Youth Medium," and so on. Be sure to carefully select the correct size when placing your order.
As outlined in FAQ 1., all garments are made to order, and we do not keep stock for exchanges or replacements. If an incorrect size is ordered, we recommend trying to trade within your gym. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacements for sizing errors. If needed, you may sell the incorrect garment and place a new order for the correct size.
