Turnaround time for most garments is 14-21 business days from the date of final payment. However, some cut-and-sew, multi-process and/or rhinestone orders may take longer.

Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-made, pre-ordered garments, as we do not carry inventory and all items are made to order. If your order is eligible for a refund or remake, products must be returned in the condition in which they were received and in the original packaging.
