Your invoice is attached and must be paid in full prior to production. The link below is for electronic checks and credit card payments. Turnaround time for most garments is 14-21 business days from the date of final payment. However, some cut-and-sew, multi-process and/or rhinestone orders may take longer.

Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-made, pre-ordered garments, as we do not carry inventory and all items are made to order. If your order is damaged or does not fit, please contact accounting@illusiveapparel.com within 14 days of receipt, and send photos of the damage and/or photos with a measuring tape for fit issues. If your order is eligible for a refund or remake, products must be returned in the condition in which they were received and in the original packaging.

Delivery Policy

Tracking number(s) will be provided when your order ships. Shipping rates are based on weight and location. All orders are shipped ground unless expedited service is requested. Quotes for expedited service are available upon request. We are not responsible for orders lost by the carrier en route or stolen or misplaced after delivery. If your shipment does not arrive, please file a claim with the carrier. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
